What’s the difference between Online Training and 1-on-1 Training?
Under the everyday plan, you and your staff will be provided with pre-recorded webinar, video tutorials or live Skype training to help you on how to use i4Tradies. 1-on-1 training is for Power Plan users, who will be given personalised training to hand hold them through the process.

With Live support, one of our team members will be available 24/7 via online chat or helpline number to assist you with any query or concern regarding i4Tradies use. With email support, you can contact our team and we will get in touch with you within the next 2 working days.
I’m a small business, is it still for me?
I4Tradies is completely scalable as per your business needs. There is no minimum number of jobs to be completed. You can use it as much or as little as you want and only pay for what you use. The Free trial has all the features of the regular account and trying it out is the best way to find out if it’s right for you.
Explain received and completed jobs?
Receiving a job means that you enter a job using i4Tradies, whether to quote it or complete it. This job could be coming via i4Tradies
or any other means, like phone call, website or social media. You will be charged $1 per received job. Completing a job means starting and finishing the job via i4Tradies. You will be charged $4 per completed job.
How will I be billed?
For the first 14 days, you won’t have to pay a thing, since it’s a Free Trial period. If you wish to continue using i4Tradies, your credit card will be billed as you receive and complete jobs, without you having to pay any up-front or recurring fee. As per i4Tradies pay as you benefit model, you only pay when you receive or complete a job.
